Q: Does Club Scrap charge sales tax?
A: Applicable sales tax will be charged to the following states: CT, ID, IL, ME, NJ, NM, RI, TX, WA, AL, AR, IA, KS, MA, MN, NE, OK, SD, VT, WI, WV CT, ID, IL, ME, NJ, NM, RI, TX, WA, AL, AR, IA, KS, MA, MN, NE, OK, SD, VT, WI, WV.
For international shipments, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.
Q: When will Club Scrap charge my credit card?
A: Your credit card will be charged at time of Membership renewal. Club Scrap and Digital Memberships charge on the 1st of the month, Lite Memberships charge on the 15th, Club Stamp Memberships charge on the 20th. Your Membership will ship on the same date of charge, unless it falls on a weekend, in which case it will ship on the next business day.
Q: What Payment Methods does Club Scrap accept for Memberships?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. You must have a credit card on file for a Club Scrap Membership. We currently do not accept PayPal for Memberships.
Q: How do I make changes to my Membership?
A: Login to your account at
https://www.clubscrapshop.com/store/login.aspx and click on "My Account" in the upper right hand corner. Click on Subscriptions and click on the title of the Membership, if there is more than one club membership. You can add/remove a la carte items. You can also change and update payment methods there. If you'd like to completely change Clubs (Club Scrap to Lite, etc), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 888-634-9100.
Q: How will I know what the next kit will look like?
A: We announce the kit theme name one month in advance on our blog, with the actual colors and designs being a “surprise” until shipping day. However, you can usually see sneak peeks, or “spoilers”, for the next kit's theme by visiting
Club Scrap Creates Blog near the end of the month. These posts will include the word “spoiler” in the blog post title.
Q: I received my kit, now what?
A: With a Club Scrap membership, you will always have plenty of sources for inspiration! Every monthly kit comes with free downloadable instructions. The link to your free instructions that can be accessed in the”Downloads” area under “My Account” at clubscrapshop.com, or by visiting
http://clubscrap.com/how-tos/instructions/. We also offer additional ideas and inspiration on our blog at least five days a week at http://clubscrap.com/blog/.
Q: What happens if I receive a kit and I don't like it?
A: Sometimes a particular theme may take a little while to grow on you. If you find you'd like to return a kit, you may do so within 30 days of receipt to receive credit for the cost of the kit, less shipping and handling. Ship to Club Scrap, Inc., Attn: Returns, 1375B Constitution Drive, Neenah, WI 54956. We will credit the form of payment used upon receipt of the product.
Q: What happens if I my credit card is declined?
A: We will notify you via email immediately. We will make another attempt to charge in a week, along with another email notification. Due to the limited edition nature of our products, if your order isn't approved within 15 days, items will be returned to inventory. Fulfilling the order after that time period will be subject to availability.
