Q: How do I find out about sales, news, and other special promotions?
A: You can sign up to receive Club Scrap's E-news by filling out the form at http://clubscrap.com/events/sign-up-for-cs-emails/. E-news emails are sent twice a week, with occasional special announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email.
Q: Does Club Scrap charge sales tax?

For international shipments, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.
Q: When will Club Scrap charge my credit card?
A: Your credit card will be charged at time of order placement. Club Scrap will ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days.
Q: What Payment Methods does Club Scrap accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. We also accept Club Scrap gift certificates.
To apply a gift certificate, choose "gift certificate" under Payment Type and enter the code.
Q: What are Reward Points, and how do I use them?
A: Our reward points system is changing. You have until October 1, 2020 to use any available points. Points cannot be used on previously placed orders or regular monthly membership orders.
To redeem reward points, you can choose "Reward Points" from the drop down menu as the type of payment during the checkout process at www.clubscrapshop.com. Any balance due after your redeemed points will be paid by credit card.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days. You may return the product in the original packaging, and ship it to Club Scrap, Inc., Attn: Returns, 1375B Constitution Drive, Neenah, WI 54956. Please enclose a copy of the invoice, along with the reason for the return. We will refund your account for the product price paid, less shipping and handling, upon receipt of the product. All our products are available in limited quantities. We cannot guarantee product availability after the original order is placed.
Q: What if I can't find the instructions for something I bought in the past?

Q: What is "Ship with my kit"?
A: Club Members have the option of shipping additional online orders together with their next Membership shipment for only $2. Orders must be placed at least 3 business days before your next shipping date. This is a great way to combine orders into one box and save on shipping!
Q: Is your paper acid and lignin free?
A: All of Club Scrap's papers are acid and lignin free and safe for your precious photos. The three primary deterioration forces for photos are heat, moisture and pollution (e.g. acid, lignin, adhesives, inks). No scrapbook paper or product can save your photos from a poor storage environment. If it's hot and humid where your photos are stored, you could be shortening the lifespan of your photos by half or more. Keep them cool, dry and protected in our specially designed page protectors!
